Return Shipping: Customer is responsible unless due to store error.
Refund Processing: Within 14 days after the return is received.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Detailed Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Items must be returned if unused, in their original packaging with tags intact.
Non-returnable items: Products damaged due to misuse or opened.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at zzz@littledeath.us or call +13107795836 with your order number and issue details (including photos if necessary).
2. Approval & Instructions: After approval, we’ll send you a Shipping Label and instructions, including the return address.
3. Return Shipping: Use a given Shipping Label to send back the package.

Note: We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns sent without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us within 60 days of delivery. We'll help you get a replacement or refund.


Cancellations


Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the return process applies.


Refunds


Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, which may take 10 business days, depending on your bank.


Undeliverable Packages


If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
